Trauma & Anxiety in High Performers
The clients most likely to be struggling are often the least likely to look like it. Learn to see what hides beneath the functioning. And treat it.
About This Training
High-performing clients, including executives, physicians, first responders, athletes, academics, and caregiving professionals, are among the most likely to be struggling silently and the least likely to look like it. Their distress hides underneath competence, achievement, and “I’m fine.” Standard intake tools miss it, and standard pacing loses them.
This training gives clinicians a complete framework for this population: how to assess what typical screening misses, how to conceptualize the performance–trauma loop that keeps these clients stuck, and how to intervene with EMDR, IFS, and somatic approaches adapted for people who intellectualize, minimize, and perform wellness. Everything is grounded in real cases from a trauma-focused practice. You will leave with tools you can use in your next session.
